Bills
During World War II the Japanese issued currency for the countries they invaded, part of their goal for a Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere.
The invasion of Burma in January 1942 in addition to the expansion of the Co-Prosperity Sphere, also offered the Japanese the opportunity to cut the 800 mile Burma Road supply route to China.  The Japanese cut the Burma Road on April 29, 1942.
Included are five notes used during the Burma occupation.

in uncirculated or nearly uncirculated condition.  The 1 Cent has no graphics. and the others each display a Temple complex on the right side and
all but the half Rupee have breadfruit trees on the
left.
The bills you receive will be similar to the ones shown in the photos, not the actual bills.
